The Central Booking Office is a large team of around 40 staff who arrange hospital appointments at Cheltenham General Hospital, Gloucestershire Royal Hospital and all community hospitals across the county.

We aim to arrange appointments at the best time and place to suit individual patients needs.

We respond to written, email and telephone requests for appointments.

If you need to cancel, change or query the details of your appointment please use one of the following methods to contact us. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday: 9am – 4pm.
