Queries or concerns relating to care of specific patients
Please contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) who will be able to help, or may refer you to someone more appropriate for specific concerns. Hospital Appointments
Please be aware that although these forms are dealt with every working day, this may not be the most appropriate way to contact us if you have an urgent query about your hospital appointment or wish to cancel an appointment. Please try the telephone number on your appointment letter in the first instance.

If you have a non urgent query about your appointment, please include your full postal address in the comments box.

We have been made aware that some intermittent technical difficulties have been identified with NHS organisations being unable to email members of the public that make use of Hotmail email accounts.
