A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust:

“Due to the significant increase in local traffic along College Road, patients, carers, visitors and staff are advised to allow additional time for their journeys to Cheltenham General Hospital. 

“We would also suggest that people attending the Hospital monitor local traffic reports before they set out in order to determine the likely journey time and to minimise disruption to appointments.”
