Visiting Access Restrictions Lifted for Many Wards
Following recent restrictions to access for visitors at both our hospitals, normal visiting has today been restored for many wards. The exceptions to this are as follows:
Cheltenham General Hospital: Hazelton and Oakley wards
Gloucestershire Royal Hospital: Rehabilitation ward 1, Rehabilitation ward 2 and ward 4a.
For those wards where visiting is still restricted in line with good infection control practice, exceptions include people visiting on compassionate grounds – please liaise with a member of ward staff.
All visitors who have had any symptoms of sickness, diarrhoea or flu-like symptoms are asked not to visit.
The Trust would like to thank patients, relatives and friends for their patience and understanding during this period.
