Getting to hospital
How to get to our hospitals
Ambulances and hospital transport are for emergencies only. Patients are requested to make their own transport arrangements to and from hospital.
It would be better to ask a relative or friend to bring you as parking is limited. Cars may only be left overnight if a prior arrangement has been made with the hospital. A pay and display system is in operation at both Cheltenham General and Gloucestershire Royal.
Special parking, dropping off points and disabled parking spaces are available throughout the Trust. Read more about Travel and Parking.
Arrangements can be made for relatives needing to spend long hours on the ward. Please ask on the ward.
