Your Commitment
We ask you to:-
Treat our staff with respect; please treat others as you would expect to be treated.
Provide accurate information about yourself; including any allergies.
Remind us if you have not been given the results of your tests.
Keep appointments or cancel within a reasonable timeframe so that we can re-allocate the appointment and give you another one if needed.
Read or listen to the information given to you and ask questions if you need to.
Follow a course of treatment which you have agreed to, and tell staff if you find it difficult.
Tell us if you have a carer or are a carer yourself.
Give feedback (both positive and negative) about your care whenever you have the opportunity so that we can build on good practice and improve where need to.
