Dr. Hamilton-Ayres is of Belgian nationality and is bilingual in French and English. I founded the multidisciplinary childrens allergy clinic in Cheltenham several years ago and have now handed that over to Dr M.Wheeler. I also enjoy teaching and lecture regularly. I hold the APLS,NLS and teach on those courses as well as the Generic instructor course and child protection course. I am proficient at all basic general paediatric and neonatal procedures.

Inpatient Services 

All children requiring an overnight stay in Hospital under the care of Dr. Hamilton-Ayres will be admitted to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.

Conditions Treated

A variety of conditions, including: -

• Children with urinary problems (Joint renal clinic three times a year with Dr J.Dudley Consultant Paediatric nephrologist from Bristol)
• Children at risk of acquiring or with established Hepatitis B, C. HIV (joint care with liver unit Birmingham childrens and Professor A.Finn Bristol)
• I run a Coeliac clinic with E.Trier, senior paediatric dietician, twice a year
• Neonatology (Cheltenham SCBU).
