Undergraduate training in Aberdeen. Postgraduate training in Liverpool and Sheffield. Previously a lecturer at Sheffield University. I was appointed in Cheltenham in September 2000 and five years on I have been entrusted with the role of clinical director for the East of the county.

With my colleagues we aim to provide a quality service for the local population, preserving ties with the community hospitals wherever possible.
