How can I see a Physiotherapist

You can refer yourself by calling our 'Physio Direct' telephone service that has been set up to provide early advice and management for adults with back/neck/ joint problems or injuries.

The Physiotherapist will discuss with you the most appropriate way of managing your condition which could include: -

  • Advice and exercises which will be sent to you in the post or via email
  • An appointment for further assessment/treatment as appropriate.

All patients who need to be seen are given appointments based on clinical need and in line with the current waiting times (see below for more information)

 

 You can also refer yourself to Adult Physiotherapy by:

  • Using an on-line self-referral form 
    (Please note this is only for the adult
    Physiotherapy service) or
 Computer
  •  Completing a self-referral form at the Physiotherapy departments below
