You can attend one of our weekly back clinics where we discuss why these problems occur, how you can start to manage them and gentle exercises that can help. We can also give advice on support belts if needed.
This tends to be the quickest way of being seen as the sessions are held weekly. If however you do not want to be seen in a group or if you are experiencing different problems to those above, you can make a one to one appointment.
