We have produced macro-enabled versions of the appraisal documentation to help staff with calculations for leadership behaviours.
By default, the macro settings will be switched off, however they will need to be switched on to compute the scores, instructions of how to do this can be found below:
PLEASE NOTE THAT MACRO ENABLED VERSIONS WILL ONLY WORK IN WORD 2007
In Word 2007
1. Download the relevant document from the tables below.
2. Open up the document from the saved location.
3. You will be prompted with a Security Warning on the top bar, click the 'Options' button.
4. A window will pop up, select 'Enable this content' and click the 'OK' button.
