What are the benefits of doing an Apprenticeship at GHNHSFT?

- Your existing skills and knowledge will be recognised and can help you gain the Apprenticeship qualification faster
- An Apprenticeship will enable you to work better and more effectively in your department
- It can help you progress with your career within the NHS
- It's free!! There is no cost to you or your department.
How to register your interest and enrol
- If you are eligible and you have full support from your line manager, contact to register your interest.
- We will notify you of when our next awareness sessions are taking place for the Apprenticeship you're interested in.
- We encourage you to bring along your line manager to our awareness sessions as it is a good opportunity for you both to ask any questions you may have.
- A qualified Assessor will be there on the day to answer your questions.
- At the end of the awareness session, if you feel the Apprenticeship will help you in your job role and personal development, you will be enrolled. If you decide it's not for you, no problem, you will not be enrolled.
Please note, you will need full support from your line manager to enrol on an Apprenticeship.
