Multiple Sclerosis Society for Professionals - promotes good practice in treatment and care, provides training and education resources, and enables an exchange of information
Uk Parkinsons Disease Consortium - University College London collaborative which aims to increase and disseminate research
Parkinsons UK - a UK charity offering some information online and local contacts for support. Has a large list of publications available in paper, audio and video formats, many of which are free
