British Nutrition Foundation: source of accurate nutrition information

The Food Standards Agency: includes information about the agency’s research projects and completed food surveys
MEND - Mind, Exercise, Nutrition...Do it!: a group of experts who support people to reach or maintain a healthier weight. Site includes free resources to use with children and adults
