Good Idea Jotter
Do you have a good idea that could improve patient experience, save money or make your working life easier?

Need help implementing the change? Try the Project Management Toolkit (accessed by staff only) or contact the Programme Management and Service Improvement Team.
Clinical Audit
Do you have an idea for a clinical audit, or need an idea for your audit? Sign up and access the Service Improvement Portal.
The portal is an external website so doctors in training can log on from outside the Trust. Requesting a password is easy - just follow the instructions.
Need help progressing? Contact the Clinical Audit Team or your department's Clinical Audit Lead.
Innovation and Intellectual Property
Do you have a genuinely new idea which might have associated Intellectual Property (IP) that needs to be protected? Talk to a Trust Innovation Leader before you give your idea away.
Research and Development
Have you identified a gap in the evidence that you need to improve patient care? Is there a burning research question that needs answering to help you to change your practice? Contact Research and Development
Savings idea outside your department
Do you have an idea for how the Trust could meet its annual savings target? Register it on the Discussion Forum (accessed by staff only).
