We recognise within the organisation, that staff may have individual aspirations for a Degree, Masters or Doctorate pathway. Whilst these particular pathways may not link in with Service Delivery, we may be able to support financially or with study days. We always want to support staff in their own pathways to professional opportunities and direct individuals to the correct advice.

Individual memebers of staff can contact the Professional Education Department in order to speak to us for further advice and support.

Continuing Professional Development Sessions 

We have invited the Universities to come into the organisation to run advice clinics for our staff. These clinics are designed to enable staff to discuss with Universities the best learning pathways to follow. This is also an opportunity to explore academic portfolios to date and obtain accreditation agains a Degree or Master's award. Please see the dates below:
