 The Institute of Health and Society at the University of Worcester have a new suite of programmes that are designed to meet the individual needs of Healthcare professionals. These sessions provide an opportunity to meet with a senior member of the course team to discuss your CPD requirements.

BSc (Hons) Health Sciences

As you may know, nursing is going to become an all graduate profession.  The  University of Worcester have validated  a  new bespoke top up degree programme.  This is your opportunity to meet with a course representative  to discuss your eligibility to apply and any APL/APEL requirements you might have.

Professional Development for Health Sciences

Separate to the Top-up degree programme there are also a range of Continuous Professional Development modules at levels 4, 5, 6 and 7. Within this framework, there is the opportunity to achieve a variety of awards including the new BSc Professional Development for Practice.

MSc Advancing Practice

This is for you if you feel that it's time to increase your skill level so that you can move into one of the new roles in advanced and specialist practice, either in the acute or primary care settings or perhaps social services.  You will be someone who is looking for a bigger challenge, willing to explore your own and others assumptions about health and social care services.  Most of all you will want to improve services.
