Introduction

The Trust is committed to implementing the principles of equality and diversity in its employment practice and service delivery.

The Trust has responsibility for supporting the secondary care health needs of a diverse population. The evaluation of service provision and development ensures we are able to provide high quality services which are responsive to individual need.

A core Trust value is to reduce inequalities and embed diversity in what we do, ensuring we impact positively upon our patients and workforce.

Establishing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders, including our local community is an essential element of ensuring our work is influenced by those who need local secondary care health services.
