Keeping in Touch
The aim of the Keeping In Touch scheme is to re-establish and strengthen the affinity between Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and its former employees to mutual advantage.
The Department operates a dedicated database of former employees who choose to register with the scheme. You can choose to register with the scheme at any time during the last year of your employment with the Trust or at any time after leaving the Trust. The programme locates, communicates with, and involves former employees in the Trust’s business and social activity.
Registering with the Keeping In Touch scheme is free. All that we ask is that you keep us up to date with your contact details.
If you choose to register you can expect to receive:
- An electronic copy of the Trust’s monthly newsletter
- A diary of planned Trust business events
- A diary of planned social events
- Access to our ‘People Finder’ service
You will also be invited to register your interests in working with us during times of high demand, for example, during epidemic or pandemic episodes, or emergency situations, for example severe flooding.
To register, all you need to do is send an e.mail to: . We will then ask you to complete and return to us a short form outlining your name, former employment, general location and contact detail, upon which you will be registered with the Keeping In Touch scheme.
Your details will be kept confidential. We will not disclose any information to a third party without your express consent.
